Located from the borders of the province of Colon to the border with the Republic of Colombia, Kuna Yala has an expansion of land of about 5,500 km2, stretching 375 km2 over literal Atlantic.

   The group Kuna is the only indigenous groups of Panama who has a well-developed political traditional system.

In some villages women gather day and night men, other women and men convened at night. But almost every day congress held in different islands.

Tule Revolution


Refers to the events in 1925, in which the indigenous Kuna rebel to the Panamanian authorities, which forced them to occidentalizar their culture to the force.
