Hotel Barocco  

Location. The smoke-free Hotel Barocco overlooks Rome, Italy's Piazza Barberini. Bernini's Bee and Triton Fountains are across the street, and 50 metres from the hotel is dining, shopping and nightlife on Via Veneto. Rome Fiumicino Airport is approximately 34 kilometres from the hotel.

Hotel Features. The lobby of the Hotel Barocco features fresh flowers, Oriental carpets and classic Roman paintings. Multilingual staff is available at the 24-hour front desk, and complimentary newspapers are provided in the lobby.

Complimentary American-style buffet breakfasts are served each morning. The Barocco Bar is open from late afternoon until late night. Wireless Internet access is available for a fee in the public areas of the hotel.

Guestrooms. The six-storey Hotel Barocco's 37 guestrooms include safes and minibars. Every morning, perfumed essences are diffused in the guestrooms, which also feature selections of seasonal fruits. Private bathrooms offer heated towel rails and shower/tub combinations or walk-in showers. Fresh flowers are also placed on the white bathrobes in the bathrooms. Some guestrooms extend to balconies or terraces with panoramic vistas of Piazza Barberini and Rome's skyline of princely palaces and flower-filled terraces. All accommodations are nonsmoking.
